A deposit may be charged at the time of booking. This will be indicated on your booking confirmation. This deposit is NON-RETURNABLE this is payable by cheque.

S.J.R MOBILE DISCO

A booking is not considered final until a copy of the booking confirmation is sent back to S.J.R Mobile Disco and the deposit has been cleared by the bank.

The Client is Responsible for the safety and security at the venue and shall evict any person who is not meant to be there.

In the extremely unlikely event of S.J.R Mobile Disco having to cancel, any monies by the client shall be refunded in full.

In the unlikely event that our equipment should totally fail (excluding circumstances beyond our control i.e. a power cut) a refund will be given for the time remaining if we are unable to get the disco going again.

We reserve the right to cancel our services should we discover that the Venue is unsuitable or dangerous. In these circumstances, no refund will be made and we reserve the right to claim expenses i.e. travel costs, loss of booking fee and earning

All outstanding monies are payable in cash on the day of the function

The person named as the client on the booking form is responsible for all payments due to S.J.R Mobile Disco.

S.J.R Mobile Disco Requires at least two standard 13 amp plug sockets within 10 meters of where you would S.J.R Mobile Disco to be set up. Please make sure that this is possible at your venue.

S.J.R Mobile Disco Charges by the hour therefore half hours counts as full hours ie 3½ hours will be charged at 4 hours
